more than just a bunch of words
thrown together to make a page
more trying than any actor
with there first time on a stage
our words may be meaningless
to readers everywhere
but it is our way of reaching out
our priceless way to share
our daily life activities
of what ever we're going threw
most would say they've heard it all
but to the writer it is new
it is our way of making contact
when realities arise
creating something out of nothing
right before your eye's
most dont seem to understand
the words we try to say
but most poets understand perfectly
this is just our way
this is our little world
to most it's out of time
but we tell the stories of ourselves
with simple little rhymes
the hot shot poet
