I walk across... the open plain, to sit and cry... and wait for rain,
the flood it comes... an endless cloud, to wrap me up... in tears... a shroud,
i beat it back... yet still it comes, don't reach for me... or I will run,
I see a cliff... my false new hope, and so i jump... into the smoke,
I fall into... the pits of hell, where hope and dreams... will never dwell,
i cough and choke... upon the flames, with cracked red lips... I beg for rain.
