There is a lack of color... within this dreary world, but when you walk in my dreams... the color starts to bloom, when i toss and turn in my sleep... and cry out all my fears, i wake up and call out your name... but find an empty room,
I'm missing your touch... so gentle and clean, I'm holding your hand... to feel it slip away, I'm drinking in your laugh... as I hear it fade, I sang you a song... and begged you to stay,
I threw you in the air... never came back down, return to me... elusive beauty, Maybe soon I'll learn to fly... and once again hear the sound, of our hearts beating as one,
come back to me my serenity... for I have always loved you... truly.
