I don't hide behind a friendship mask pretending to be
Someone who is not me
You straight lied to my face
And the sting of it I can never erase
Maybe I expected too much from you as a friend
I just didn't want you to be like everyone else in the end
I wanted to believe you would be the one
To be still standing when all was said and done
my life has been filled with people's lies, and trust that's broken
Now my heart is filled with shattered words unspoken
you have played me like a decievers token
now that I have been awoken
Better later than never to find out who is true
And sadly my dear friend unfortunately I will miss you
