i will follow where the wind will blow i will move along when it is time if i mistake, please let me know keep me clear of mortal crime
i shall gain flight on locust's wings the desert air will be my home out of reach of scorpion stings not seeking shelter in a plastic dome
safely above is where i wish to be searching for my place in great expansions where imagination and soul run free not held captive in false mansions
the speed of light i may achieve the richest throne i can obtain the greatest authority i will upheave all too wicked in it's unjust reign
the scales shall tip to my side soon the balance of power will make a shift this will happen before the moon when all vessels of war are set adrift
answers will flow from enchanted fountains magic and mystery will be unvailed level, will be the seas and mountains good fortune will come when luck has failed
these events have been set in motion not my plan, but more my fate a final drop to complete an ocean i need only patience, i need only wait...

I can hear the poet voice and feel the depth of the soul, the personal journey and the response to war maybe a personal response?with a little fine tuning this has all the right ingredients. |

Hi,
A fine write. I get the impression that you're
representing the journey to ''another life'' but
I'm intrigued as to why you chose the locust
as an analogy. Doesn't the locust destroy
everything in its path(?)
An enjoyable read, just the same.
