my poems have no stanza
or a certain place to start
they are simply about what I feel
& only in my heart
I am not a critic
of a persons poetry
so the counting of the syllables
will never come from me
A man read a poem I wrote
& suggested that I might
put them in a stanza
then put them on a site
count out all the syllables
make fewer with each line
well I dont see that as heartfelt
or even close to mine
noone taught me to write
or to express what is inside
it is always about my honor
my feelings & my pride
nothing about a stanza
or syllables in lines
they are simply what I'm feeling
of the day & time
the hot shot poet

I love this poem, to me that is the best poetry from the heart. If I feel it I love it.
