Getting to the heart of the matter

He says from a distance
he must want to commit suicide since he is talking to me

He says to me
I will blast that song you hate
in your driveway
because you are being a ***** and won't come hang out

He says to others
she thought I was making it up and didn't believe me

He has anger
He has rage
I think

He is projecting it onto me
Yet why?

The question comes back to me

What must I learn?
Why is this in front of me?

Is this the pattern
I need to mend?

I need to get to the heart of the matter

I can usually brush it off
the negativity
the anger
the pure meanness of one

I need to get to the heart of the matter

I need to have an authentic dialog
with the unprocessed reactive memories
and reactive memories within the memories

Shifting the powerlessness
into an empowered position

I will take responsibility
and see these problems
as a portal of possibilities

This is where real change can occur

Communication
Dedication
Integration
Transformation

I am and I will get to the heart of the matter
