it wasnt very long ago
it was me that she adored
my life was so complete
untill she walked out of my door
I never saw it coming
though I stood right by her side
she took away my everything
except my wounded pride
the pride that she has wounded
was treated like a toy
it seemed to work out good for me
& my little boy
he is only 8 years old
& my precious little man
the very day that he was born
I began to understand
the purpose in my life
chose for me to be
a proud,caring Father
for all the world to see
the child that I will fight for
just you wait & see
the two of us are one
he is my destiny
he is partly my creation
what my life is all made of
he needs to see this in his life
it is his Fathers Love
