you need to know I love you
noone can take that away
you are the owner of my heart
untill my dying day
I dont blame you for leaving
I would have done the same
I didnt show I loved you
& that leaves me to blame
allthough I told you that I love you
everysingle day
I didnt do the important things
ones that words could never say
I'm drowning in my guilt
of losing all I love
how do I say I'm sorry
you're what my dreams are all made of
you hold the only key there is
that will unlock my heart
but I still hope you find happiness
to give your life a better start
I've written you this poem
in hopes that you might see
I'm sorry & I love you
& you are the world to me
