Who Am I?

I can lead you in many directions,

But in the mirror youll see no reflection.

Ill have you make decisions that are unwise,

And often lead you to believe their lies.

I can cause you heartache and pain,

Sometimes force you to go insane.

With me you can feel lifes ultimate joy,

Or see relationships get destroyed.

I can lead you down the path of empathy,

Often times have you searching for sympathy.

With me you can feel loves passion,

Making choices that are no longer rational.

At times I might be your only friend,

While traveling a path that has no end.

Taking a journey you dont fully understand,

Trying to figure out your lifes plan.

Sometimes I feel like Im made of glass,

And sometimes Ill make you feel like an ass.

I can have you act on shear emotions,

Have you express your undying devotion.

So have you figured out who I am?

Do I need to guide you by the hand?

This bit of knowledge I am going to impart,

For Im no person at all, I am your heart.
