A question asked... left unanswered,
cold and shunned in the dark,
drifting on the whims of others,
while certainty departs,
disregard the wretch,
its musings... ignore,
forget its pain,
a face we abhor,
sling the stones,
break the skin,
leave it there,
it won't breathe again.
