Alone In the snow Gnawing again Brain slowly melting away Trickling down...alone All pale, only smoke I see in the horizon Of a warm dwelling it is Or of seething hell?
A lost soul passed this land, wrenched By the beauty of truth it was Or by falsehood I would not know
Scarred deeply For its shrieks were too terrible To hear amongst the bloodied forests
Close eyes now Breathe thy frozen breath Be it the last Do not come back For life has forever been marred

Dark and wonderful, tinged with a echo of sadness. Nicely done

Welcome to YPDC.
Good writing.
I often think about the homeless people in the Winter time.
Blessings,

Had a vivid imagery as I read this well written piece. Your diction is unique, I like your style. Keep it up!
