Father,
Why can't you see tht I'm nt gonna grow up like you
Only for the fact tht you couldn't take time to get off your ass
and prove to me tht I was worth your time or love
So this is probably why mom said enough is enough
Father,
Can't you understand
tht I'm nt gonna obey
Every one of your demands?
Your actions I can't stand.
They seem so pointless to care anymore.
Father,
Dnt you think I know
About the mistakes you made
and the way mom gave you chance after chance
and your games and sleep was more important than me.
Father,
I know you see
your reflection in me.
But I'm not perfection
and I certainly don't share your perception.
I only know that one day
I might just call you father nt dad
Cause someone already took your spot.
