The voices in my mind keep yelling there is not enough time to slow down and be
Keep hustling, keep moving, never stop, never slow down
But I am exhausted from the constant rushing and worrying
I hunger for better in my life , for peace
I turn to mindfulness wisdom teachings
See the delusion of rushing and never having enough time is a faade
I hesitate
What is real and what is delusion
I ask God to help guide me
Help me to remember that He is out there , compassionate, caring, that I am made in His image
That he has breathed life into me
Help me to remember with each breath the Spirit blowing , ruach in Hebrew, air in motion, breath equals Holy Spirit
Help me to remember to breathe and be open to fruits of the Spirit
Help my unbelief
Help me to believe
Help me to remember to breathe
