I am tired of running from the monster that chases me
I am angry and want to blow myself up
I am scared and angry
Fight back or run?
I stop and breathe
Sit down
Afraid to sit but forcing myself anyway
Sinking deep into dark warm pool
Sensing something , is it God?
Help me let go of self destructive passive aggressive anger that is blowing up my life
Help me stop running from my inner monstrous critic and overseer
Help me to remember to see your loving compassion, the cup that runneth over in the valley of death
Help me Spirit to breathe in your fruits of patience, wisdom
Help me awaken the Buddha-nature/Counselor/Comforter
Help me embrace my cross so that I may be resurrected with you.
