But at night I drive too fast Pretending I'm the last person on the planet Pretending nothing else exists Only radio static and high-beams Driving far away from you Fading in the rearview Even though I wish you were here
But it doesn't even matter Not anymore Maybe it never did I hope it did I really hope it did
