Red tears
Not my eyes
So sad it is
My wrist that cries
White scars
Eyelids closed
Again to be opened
Knife Never opposed
One day
She took it to far
Never thought
It would be her throat with the scar

Nicely arranged. This one had the right 'feel' for self harming poetry - raw, terse but still poetic.
