The oddity of life is it continues on
No care for what's right or wrong
One second you've figured it out
The next you forget what it's about
Spend days barely chugging through
Hiding the old, exposing the new
Turn each corner positive you'll find
Answers to the questions left behind
Search the skies for a heavenly place
Search the earth for the human race
Embrace life the moment you're born
Scream when death leaves you forlorn
Players in a script written long before
Pages scribed in exciting tales of yore
Don't rush headlong to its final chapter
Skimming over life's mysterious banter
Turn each page; let the plot unfold
Read slowly on; let your story be told
Keep faith you'll understand the plot
Nary a story will time let be forgot
