I stand alone, In a world of unknowen, Temped by lust, Controled by trust,
I close my eyes, But death is never far behind, Her love is a light, At the end of a funnal of night,
I'm just a soldier on the front line, On the DMZ is where I spend my time, Stairing down the barral of a rifle, sights on the enemy, Knowing they are doing the same to me,
I pray to the lord, for a safe return, Holding my heart as it begains to yurn, What is held by tomarrow, Is my life on this Earth barrowed,
Will tonight be my last, What is to become of a muzzle flash, Thoughts of my wife consume my mind, The life of a soldier is so unkind.
Forever Faithful The Phantom
