Among all of this madness
Comes a Time of Great Sadness
I don't know when it will end
I just hope when it does, you're still my friend
I know that you don't feel like you used to
but remind yourself that I need you
I don't know why it still rains
I know you can and will survive the pains
I want to spend time with you tonight
It's for your happiness I fight
It's my hand that I lend
I don't know when it will end
I just hope you're still sitting next to me
And we can laugh and love for eternity
