What Can I Be

Contributed by DoubleS on Tuesday, 5th March 2013 @ 12:10:18 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

There are times in my life
I wish it could all go away
The pain and the fear
We live with everyday

I dont know how this happened
I dont know what to do
Because I hurt you so much
And lost our friendship too

There were times in my life
When I got so sad and lonely
I would stop and start to think
How much I wish youd hold me

There are times in my life
When I become so afraid
Of the things I have done
Every single day

And now its all gone
Friendship and love
And no matter what I do
I will never catch that dove
I messed up, I blew it
I threw it all away
I lost it forever
Never to see the light of day

Look Im sorry for the hurt
And Im sorry for the love
Im sorry for all the trust
Together weve lost

But now I dont know
And now I dont see
Where we go from here
Tell me what can we be

Can we be friends
Can we be buds
Can we be pals
Or even loves

Because I dont know what to be
I dont know what to do
Just give me a sign
To help me pull through
