the joy that grows everyday
is the kind that only happens
when i am near you
when i see you run and play
it warms my hearts
to act as if you're okay
anytime i see you hurt or scared
i want to come and save you
my little angel from the sky
having you around makes my world so bright
that no words nor actions can describe
how much my world has lighten up
for you my angel of joy
all a mom can say is
"go and have fun, my little one"
