I have lived a crazy life
been unjust committing crimes
that life is far behind me
& today I'm 49
all the roads I have traveled
not knowing what to say
I doubted my ability
to live to see this day
living with emotions
of life that moves so fast
learning to appreciate
the wisdom of my past
learning from mistakes
god knows I've had my share
finding out in my life
who did & didnt care
just a simple life story
on a simple lapse of time
living for tomarrow
but today I'm 49
