In my life I have known much pain
Every time you threaten to leave me
Is a moment of immense strain
But our love is something I cannot flee
I realise all the hurt I have brung
Forever I will regret those days
Every hurtful word you have said has stung
Yet each word was fair and with me it stays
When you put your hand in mine it fits like a glove
You are my angel, my princess, and best friend
Your trust, your beauty, and your love
Are everything that I live to defend
Each night I lay here longing for your touch
I spend my spare moments dreaming of you
You may find it hard to believe I love you so much
But every thing I tell you please know it is true
