Drugs sex and love
An addicts nightmare come true
For some it's a chemical thrive
And others a minds pursuit

The constant drive to find release.
An escape from reality
The hell created with bad decisions
A life with a guilty personality

From the evil we have brought
For the sins we have lived
From the pain we caused others
Praying we are forgiven

Drugs
The chemical dependence
An attempt to overcome the emptiness
A high of transcendence

To live beyond the limit
To fill this empty shell
To feel something rather than nothing
Leaving a void to live in hell

Sex and seduction
An addiction more serious than some
Temptation the drug of choice
A desire that can't be overcome

Perversion sets in
Love and lust become one
Unable to separate the two.
What then have we become.

Love
The deadliest addiction of them all
Capable of taking over your mind
As you plan to leap and fall

For the pain of losing this
Is far beyond great.
That no broken bones
Can mimic this ache

Drugs sex and love.
This addicts life story
A tale told of pain and sorrow
Praying one day it ends with glory
