If you want to stay alive,
And never die,
You'll have to learn to thrive,
In the times you want to deny,
To run high,
And sprout wings,
While looking life in the eye,
And embrace it's nothings.

| you did a creative aaaa-abab for the rhyming flow, which was good, and the beat was good as well. this poem is about something that I have been doing my entire life and being praise for it all the time: survival. I use survival skills every day to survive this imperfect world. great topic and well-written. |

| I like this poem, (as well), it alludes to much, but leaves enough room for the reader to come to his or her own conclusions. In my opinion this is about the high road, the one that learns to love and forgive. |
