You are my inspiration
and I am yours
Our thoughts and opinions
can open many doors
Thoughts flowing
no special cause, just pure inspiration
They keep coming to me
writing with no contemplation
Twisting my words
as they go from my head to paper
Once they are written
those thoughts turn to dissipated vapor
Inspiration can come
at any given time
So many words to choose from
being able to make them rhyme
You are my inspiration
the site of you makes my thoughts flow
I am able to write about things
of which I didnt even know
Doors are now open
creativity comes from my mind
If you read the words I write
happiness you will find
Keep on smiling
causing me to write how I feel
When the words seem to fit the picture
then you know the deal

I like this. Have you read "See Who I Am"? This poem's meaning is so similar to the meaning of the song I wrote.
"And if you listen closely
You'll hear my silent melody
and dance to my listless beat
that you hear in your heart"
You have a great sense for getting your thoughts on the page. |

| Nicely written. I can very much relate to you. That's how I started writing. Words would just randomly pile in my mind; I would write them all down and end up creating poems. Inspired by what I see and hear in my surroundings, plus a combination of deep emotions between the words. =) |
