Ive got a hole in my pocket
money is starting to fall through
I better go shopping
what else can I do
The hole just keeps getting bigger
losing more money each and every day
Friends tell me I should fix it
and I have not much to say
Always wanting to buy something
the feeling is certainly right
I realize theres a hole in my pocket
I think about sewing it, each and every night
Eventually I will fix the hole
keeping me from losing a pocket full of money
I will be able to save it all
for a special day thats bright and sunny
Money is a material thing
and we cant take it when we go
Controlling the shopping and spending
is just something I dont know

Seriously think about those holes in your pocket
the ones you really should mend

well that is the first one I have read here on this site, that has a nice even flow, and was well written. read some of mine, you may find you will enjoy them. keep it up
