To believe or not
In one self or something greater
In a lover or a hater
A peaceful soul or an instigator
Calm and collected
The antagonist is determined
To raise hell
Cause chaos
Unleash the raw emotions
That drive ordinary men to extraordinarily lengths
Motivate simple minds to rethink, recall rate, reassess, everything they once thought was right
Where do we stand
When the fire burns inside
Idly by
Hoping to die
Thirsting for life
Pursuing our rights
Speaking up
Fighting out
Standing firm
In our plight
Give them an inch and they will take a bite
Make them wish
They ran
Instead of staying to fight
A swift kick to the ego
Knocks then on the back
Laying motionless now
No mercy
Pursue the attack
Finish the job
Hand to the throat
A simple twist
That's all she wrote
