Topic: Lifepoems

Responsibility is something not many people my age can say they know on a face to face basis
I've known this responsibility for too long
But it's made me too strong
Mentally and physically I've made it my peon
Constantly trying me but there's never a glitch from my side
70 hour work weeks
I've done that
Late night shifts
I run that
Complain about it
Who does that
When it's all said and done
When these late nights and early mornings are no longer existent
When I can actually have consistence
It will have all paid off
My work ethic will be above and beyond these goobers who eat from silver spoons
All these employers will swoon at my presence
Beg for my sheer essence
And I know nothing will be able to knock me off when all this pays off
