YOUR SUCH A SWEET
AND WONDERFUL BOY
I CAN STILL REMEMBER
THE VERY DAY THAT
YOU WERE BORN.
IT WAS VERY COLD OUT SIDE
FOR YOU SEE IT WAS WINTER
TIME.BUT WHEN I HELD YOU
IN MY ARMS MY HEART IT FELT
SO WARM.
YOU WERE THE BEST BABY THAT
A MOTHER COULD HAVE YOU NEVER
CRYED YOU NEVER FUSSED YOU WERE
SENT TO ME FROM THE LORD UP
ABOVE
NOW YOUR ALL MOST GROWN
AND SOON YOU WILL BE OUT
THERE ALL ON YOUR OWN
JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT
MOM IS ALWAYS HERE KNOW
MATTER WHERE YOU ARE I
WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU DEAR
YOU WERE A VERY GOOD LITTLE BOY
AND NOW YOU ARE A VERY GOOD MAN
AND I THINK THE GOOD LORD UP
ABOVE HAD A GOOD PLAN.
