stay with me tonight i beg
let me see what heavens like
to caress
and hold
become one with you...
twisting through the evening
burrow through my soul
teach me
show me
how you want things done...
show me the delights
that life can hold for me
share it
recieve it
this love that runs like rivers...
let me feel your breathing
the rhythm of your heart
pulsing
beating
in perfect time with mine...
let me see your perfection
the way you seem to shine
flawless light
clearing paths
like a beacon in the dark...
let me hear the words you say
the way tthey make the air shimmer
vibrating waves
beautiful echoes
resounding in my head....
the sweetness of your whispers
when you call out to me
you laugh
you smile
you make me feel again...
til the break of day
when the world begins again
teasing me
pushing me
back into your arms
