Suicide Gets a Bad Rap

Suicide Gets a Bad Rap

Youve gone ahead an done it,
And everyone says you were nuts,
Nothing else explains itto them,
I have a plan,
Its been conceived and refined quite rationally,
Theres a thing called quantity,
And this thing called quality,
The normal ones, clamor for the former,
My faith lies firmly with the latter,
Consider your timeline,
Stretch your imagination forward,
Be your own enchanter,
Does your fortune read well?
Do you see charm living in a wretched frame?
Perceiving life with a stopped mind?
Whos the nut?
I picked an age, place and method,
I know all these things, do you?
They scare you, I know,
They bring me peace,
So using your cushion of years, you pretend,
There is no age, place or method for you,
So be happy, haha
Suddenly, there you will sit,
Unable to walk, talk, eat, sleep or love,
Dreaming and hoping for your age, place and method to arrive,
Whos the nut?
Im where youre going, where ever that is,
If we meet,
You can brag on and on,
About all those precious and useless breathes you savored over me,
Im surely nuts, nothing else explains it.
