frantically pacing to and fro
we worry of what will be of us tomorrow
the tragic vagaries of the past
leaves a black hole aghast
if only we chime with our inner rhythm
we shall certainly stop moving like a pendulum

We could surely spend our energy better than pacing back and forth! But that is what the fearful do. Like wild cats in cages. So powerful, and so helpless.
We, thank goodness, have the power to change. Good reminder here!
