I am me and no one else.
I have no soul just lost in chaos.
Empty this mind kill this life.
Slit my wrists bleed me dry.
No more love just a house of lies.
So now I feel I should have died.
A lie to kill me,
a truth to set me free.
Dizzy spells of illusions of truth.
Tell me of reality when all there is is darkness.
Darkness beyond the whole truth of a life.
Silence when you should hear screaming.
Blood shot eyes where the tears have ran dry.
Emptinesswhere a heart use to lie.
No longer is there comfort to be given here.
No truth, just lies.

"A lie to kill me..a truth to set me free"..
One cancels the other. For every darkness there is light.
Thank you for reminding me that we are creatures of hopefulness (or we wouldn't mourn the loss of hope so bitterly!)
We are for the moment, what we feel..
Please would you take the time to read others work and comment to help and encourage new writers? They will appreciate it as much as you do. Thank you so much.

There is always some glimmer of light, though it may not be in your view....
Pain and lies shield you from what really exists.
I pray that your pain does not consume you and that you find the strength to continue forward.
Share your amazing gift of words with the world.
They hold powerful meaning to more than you know.
