Thaw

Contributed by Metalman173 on Friday, 21st March 2014 @ 10:02:58 AM in AEST
Topic: ambiguous

Its silent
I prefer that
Just me and my thoughts
Water under a frozen river
Yes, still flowing under the ice

Its nice
Being alone
Just me and my book
Why cant they understand that
No, Im not lonely

Its therapeutic
Drawing inward
Really, I enjoy this
I dont think I want to go
Ok, just keep me below freezing

Its warm
Going out
Standing in the room
Who is that over there
No, just wondering

Its melting
My ice
A crack has formed
Its kind of nice but Im
Well, a bit scared

Its frozen
Back to normal
He wants me to go again
Im busy freezing though
Wait, she will be there

Its warm again
Going in
Walking through in the room
Is that her over there
Yes, Im warm enough now

Its uncomfortable
Being this warm
But I can do it
Shes melting me
Well, its kind of noisy

Its too warm
Alone together
Its all new to me
We are breathing as one
Uh, the water is showing

Cracks form
Water shows
A dam is breaking
I am a flowing river
Im warm

Its quiet
I prefer this
Just me and my thoughts
Water in a visible river
Yes, still flowing after the ice

You can always flow
Dont mind the ice
