I see that you're back
with us
here in the burning confusion,
and now
as you sit on your throne
with a hole in soul
all you can do is moan.
What did you feel
when you were stepping on others
to get what you need,
did you have any concerns
or compassion
for all of those that you burned?
now you as you lay awake at night
thinking of how broken that you really are
how does it feel
now that you're hurting
with no where to turn.

If I am understanding this correctly, seems like the person got their just rewards.
I don't think some people feel much of anything towards others with their trek to the top.
