throw yourself upon me
throw yourself upon the shore you know
in this, i forgive you
it is in peace that i hope you flow
restless hearts will only come to ache
they will never see the light of day
one more problem suffered once again
one more villain escapes into the grey
lie in this grass next to me for now
hold my hand, as i do truly want yours
close your eyes and promise to my ear
you will not set to water before you post your oars
throw yourself upon me then
throw yourself upon me at the top of the stairs
in this, i receive you
to let you know that someone out there cares...
