King Laurence leaves Cherbourg within a week,
his knights less by half, debarkation be
at Southhampton at nights dark peek.
This be good information I give thee.
Thanks you, Sir Sinefred, know now he will see
the likes of me at Southhamptons hard quay.
Think we to drive ships straight to deep black sea,
and finis, yea, to great plans I do pray.
For Laurence needs have a taste of Normandys stay.

Since Broughten Place, King James, it be in mind
to try Stephanus Marcus battle force
once more. Then be assured Ill not act kind,
and Morleys close guard hell not reinforce.
This I command, for I do yea enforce
decree, that Laurence be from great harm spared,
for England need not suffer huge remorse
should older brother seen to be impaired.
If blow doth happen I would be thereby ensnared
