So others might see
Forgive me my love
I do it so ineptly

The Beauty of Your Heart
Today its raining
Great drops falling from the skies
Almost hidden from view
The tears cascading from my eyes
Rain falls from heaven
To nourish and renew the ground
Tears fall from my heart
Because youre not around
I feel so incomplete
So lost without you
And how I miss your touch
The little things you do
All those little notes
Youd leave for me to find
Forgive me I took for granted
A heart so sweet and kind
How much I would give
Once more to hear you say
Hello my heart
I missed you today
Please know I need you
As the flower needs the rain
With you I am complete
Life is not in vain
Youre in my heart forever
Nor could I love you more
Everything about you
I cherish and adore
Yes today its raining
Because youre not here
But when you return
Rainbows will appear
For the beauty of your heart
Once more rule the day
My heart rests
My tears go away
