Times Can Be Hard

Contributed by waynster on Tuesday, 12th August 2014 @ 04:51:41 PM in AEST
Topic: hbadday

Why do we try so hard
only to be broken down again
Trying to be loving
staying away from a world of sin

Times can be hard
and times can be great
Life can be hard
when we dont know our fate

We live in our own pasture
our own world to which we graze
Trying to control our inner feelings
from being broken on certain days

If we allow ourselves to falter
to be broken and feel so bad
We can only blame ourselves
for the reasons that make us sad

We try so hard
because we want to be happy and succeed
We want to have positive energy
and not have a heart that may always bleed

No matter who you are
trying hard is something you should always do
Even if you have solemn days
when you feel broken, and dont feel like being you

Never give up
graze your pasture with great pride
Others will like what they see
and will be happy to be by your side

I think this is a beautiful poem simply because i
