I've earned my name
I wear it well
I hope it shows
in the stories I tell

my words are true
straight from the heart
where most stories would end
is where mine start

I put it out straight
so all can see
this is my life
noone but me

my life is uncovered
in the words that I write
theres no journey to long
when theres hope in sight

just a simple update
I hope my words will show it
I love being me
I'm the hot shot poet
