Self Destruct

Topic: LostLove

Somehow this equation doesn't seem to add up,
Searching for answers to prevent this,
Guard downdefenseless.
Thisit, becomes relentless.
Begging for my repentanceholding on to the last part of your last sentence.
Racking my thoughts, my brain
Searching deep inside to bring me back to my senses.
And yetit seems, senseless.
Thoughts of feeling friendless
But I guess Ive been a friend less.
And at times its hard for me to confess.
Hard times have me count less
And I cant forget how many countlesstimes my heart bled for your passion
Like the embers of ashes, and lightning that flashes.
Crowded rooms, empty glasses
To many questions and not enough answerswhat are the chances.
Feeling of for granted, and I cant remove the stains of my canvas.
Decisions made in the moment, hold us in the present
Nervous
Anxious.
And it times it gets hard for me to ask this.
Where did it go?
Why did you lose it and erupt?
Why throw it away?
Fearing that tomorrows promises will self destruct.

The last five lines were my favorite. Great job!
