Acceptance ain't easy to come by nowadays
All this pointless violence, everyone's going through this coward phase
You hear the word "money" in every single motto phrased
We're walking jackpots to Chi-raqi wannabes, the lotto's played
Everyday at our expense
To what extent will money send,
Us to
Possibly the extinction of the Black race
Will ignorance be bliss when this fact's faced?
Then again we already answered that, eh?
If ignorance is bliss, the fact isn't faced
Ignorance, ignore, you ignore the facts in your face
We live in the city of disbelief
The state of denial
And it ain't just a while
We grew up in it
Grew up listening to what we eventually learned was the problem
We have yet to solve it
Around money is what we're revolving
Convinced by poverty it's the only way of evolving
We still have yet to readjust our aim and target
When it's clear in God's portrait it ain't the main involvement
I know it's essential to get fed, we're all starving
But you can't see you got it all wrong...?

there has been so much violence lately, i don't know that
money is a black, white or green thing, though you bring
up some great points, money helps and is needed but it
does not bring true happiness,
