Halloween
The wind blows with an eerie howl The darkness is as black as a Vampires cowl The witching hour is nigh Be careful and try not to die
Lightning bolts light up the sky of castle Dracula on mountain high The graveyard Zombies stare I'm not chancing walking through there
Things move without assistance Poltergeist reveal their existence Venkman is slimed, yet again That ugly green Ghost is such a pain
Lock your doors and close the drapes People are shouting The Wolfman has escaped All get into bed and under the covers I see dead people whispers my little brother

I especially love the ending! Just when i think I am safely in bed…wham! "I see dead people"--you had me jumping out of my skin!--Man is the only animal that likes to scare himself…That being said, I liked!

Ooooh, I can't wait until tomorrow! :) You captured the spooky and mischievous nature of Halloween. The ending made me laugh.
Trick or Treat!

Im in the house alone and I can hear the clock ticking now. Never thought about it all that much before I read this.
Is it cold now or is that a chill running down my spine?
On the bright side I'm not Ebeneezer Scrooge so hopefully I won't be visited by 3 ghosts tonight.
Nice write
