Tho we think it never ends
we fall again and again
As we come upon
that long and thirsty plain
Seems like we've fallen hard
Always in a place so dark
but love forever
holds us in its arms
We stumble past each obstacle
Wishing for just a teaspoon full
of light and truth
The strength to carry on
The desert is so long and dry
Tempting us to pray we die
but love forever
waits for us to come
Ask and you shall recieve
a cup of an eternal seed
Instant passion
comes to us inside
Walking through that desert land
Just take a sip and you can stand
on love forever
Take the heartache away
