Do not define me by all I can't do,
what does it matter I still can't tie my shoes.
Zippers and buttons can be such a bother,
good thing I have the world's greatest father.
To help me along when I start to stumble,
and supports me no matter how much I do fumble.
People may stare and some even judge,
but I am happy to not hold a grudge.
For not everyone out there is lucky you see,
two families I have who love up-syndrome me.
Dedicated to Tyler, the child of my heart, who has taught me that life should be about ups not downs.
