Are not enough for me
To describe
What I feel for thee.
I could spend decades
Searching the dictionary.
Phrases
Like "I love you"
Don't scratch the surface
And I know you know that's true.
"I drain the colour from the sky
I turn blue without you"
I wish you knew
Exactly what you mean to me
When language is inadequacy
But maybe then again you do
Because you feel the same for me.
You make me feel
Transcendent
Incredible, wonderful, complete.
You make my life and soul replete.
To the centre
of my heart and inner being
You hold the key.
