Greatness
To be the greatest one first has to know what failure is
To become a success and get your reward
First you have to face rejection
To smile and mean it
First you have to smile and lie
Greatness is achievable through hard work
Success is what you get if others get you
Smiling and joy are your greatest rewards for a job well done
Money and power are the temptations that overshadow and cloud great greatness
It's not about the doe but the love
It's about passion and commitment
It's about others and sharing a dream
It's for your legacy
It's for humanity

True, knowing and learning to recognise failure is a key step to greatness.
I guess we are all great in some way though, at least to others if not ourselves/
