Ouch! I Lost My Fingers

As I was holding two lit M-80s, they blew off every finger on my hand.
My wife is so mad that she thinks that all fireworks should be banned.
But it was my fault and my fault alone.
I should've realized what would happen, I should've known.
People are making fun of me, an idiot is what I've been labeled.
Because of my stupidity, I'll live the rest of my life being disabled.
When I lost my fingers on my right hand, I got mad and started to cuss.
But I should've realized that if misused, fireworks can be dangerous.
